Staying Positive and the New Normal | Working with COVID-19

March 18, 2020

To our clients, partners, and friends,

The response to COVID-19 from those in our industry and those we serve has been encouraging. We are all concerned about the health of our employees, our families, and the communities we live in and beyond. It is comforting to know that we are all in this together.

With that said, I would like you to know that GeoInsight is operational across New England from our four offices. While our physical offices are open, the majority of our staff are working remotely utilizing the tools and technology we have relied upon for several years and are utilizing phone calls and on-line conference calls in lieu of face-to-face meetings. We are committed to continuing to meet project deadlines and budgets, and we are excited to take on new projects, as they arise. And as approved by our clients, our staff continue to complete field work and visit our client’s facilities as scheduled, following enhanced sanitizing and protective measures in an attempt to keep everyone safe.

Please continue to contact our offices and employees in the normal ways – by phone, email, or text message. You will not experience a change in our responsiveness or commitment to all of you. If you hear (or see) children and pets in the background on a call or receive an email “after hours,” we ask that you recognize we are supporting our staff and the multiple challenges they are balancing at this difficult time while they take care of their families, which by extension are our family. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Our team recognizes the need to be able to adapt quickly in response to the ever-changing news surrounding the impact of the COVID-19. As I said earlier, I have confidence that because we are all in this together, we will come out the other side together. Thanks for being a part of GeoInsight.

Sincerely,

Brian Kisiel, President
