Experience must include:

-        familiarity in applying regulations and codes;

The GeoInsight Manchester, NH office seeks a technically sound Project Manager to oversee all aspects of due diligence assessment, environmental monitoring, and reporting activities with full responsibilities for multiple projects.  This self motivated candidate will be engaged in a variety of projects, should be detailed orientated, and require minimum direction from senior management.

In order to be successful in this role, qualified candidates should be able to:

  • Self-manage/self-motivate to handle multiple competing projects while producing quality results within the time constraints of each project.
  • Evaluate and apply standard technical principles and procedures while using independent judgment and utilize working knowledge of key regulatory programs (both NH and MA regulatory experience preferred).
  • Produce written reports and related documents that show solid technical writing capabilities and display a sense of pride and commitment to producing high quality end results for our clients.
  • Establish working relationships with peers, junior staff, clients and vendors while offering a high degree of mutual respect and integrity with each interaction
  • Collaborate with other members within the organization to develop scopes of work, written proposals, and final deliverables.

Candidates for consideration should have 6 to 10 years of environmental consulting experience and at minimum a B.S. degree within an environmental discipline. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage various project tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Plan and oversee field-oriented tasks including drilling, collecting soil, groundwater, and air samples, elevation surveys, and evaluating site conditions;
  • Plan and oversee construction, site redevelopment, and remediation activities;
  • Produce reports and other documents that demonstrate solid technical writing and critical thinking capabilities;
  • Evaluate, select, and apply standard technical principles and procedures while using independent judgment;
  • Collaborate with other members within the organization to help complete projects successfully;
